Returns
After placing your order, you can return your order within 30 days.
Follow the steps below to submit your return request.

Log in to your account
Go to 'My orders
Select the order you want to return
Fill in all details and request your return label

You will receive a return label within 24 hours. The return label is for our account and is valid for 14 days. Once the product is back in our warehouse we will refund the amount. 

If this does not work, you can always send an email to [email protected] and we will help you further.

Wrong or damaged product
After placing your order you can return the wrong or damaged product within 30 days. Please follow the steps above. 

Also indicate on the return form what you expect from us; do you want to receive a new product or do you want us to credit the purchase amount?
